This website contains what Sun Myung Moon identified as core resources for anyone seeking to understand his words and to live a life according to the Divine Principles of our Creator. Called the Eight Great Textbooks, this collection is not made up exclusively of what are traditionally known as textbooks. It includes selections from his thousands of sermons and other speeches, a standardized summary of his teachings, called the Divine Principle, an anthology of his teachings compared with other scriptures, and a prayer for couples to use when they pledge their love and loyalty to God and the Divine Providence.

This is not a commercial site, and there are no books or other publications for sale on it. You can read the texts directly on the website or download the PDF versions to your Kindle (or similar EPUB reader), where they are fully searchable. If a book or other document is available from a publisher, we have provided a link to that publisher so you can purchase it directly.

This website is part of a bigger project to preserve the legacy of Sun Myung Moon, called the Sun Myung Moon Initiative, which has a website of its own: SunMyungMoonInitiative.org. This website is currently under development, and has more details about SMMI under its About button. It will include more of his own words, books about his life and teachings, testimonies of early members and missionaries, and information about the many projects he initiated and supported around the world.
